Achievement Sound

I think that having the option of having sound on your achievements would be a nice addition.

If it's that easy then please Valve – allow us to modify this WAV file in Steam settings UI.

And it would great if we could split it to two sounds:
1. Achievement
2. Other notifications

The reason we want the sound in desktop mode is that the appearance of the Steam Deck Achievements is not the same as desktop mode.

Currently notifiaction toast is to small to be seen when playing "dynamic" games.
Sometimes it can be missed. It would be great, if we could change its size when using desktop mode (like 1x, 2x, 3x size).

The position where toast should be displayed is also very good idea.

I think that we could also have an option for setting time (in seconds – like 3, 5 or 7) in which notification toast stays on screen.
