remove web browser function from overlay

I think steam should remove the browser function from the overlay asap ....

becouse it bugged crap that waste resources?
at least it must be switchable on\off

ah right, I never get to use it as I'm always using big picture overlay due to using controller.

Well thats a shame as i was hoping they would add web browser to big picture overlay.
