COPY games from one library to another
I think this would be a great feature - since my Wi-Fi connection is bad, I cannot download games FROM my PC or the internet to my Steam Deck with a speed faster than 1-2MB/s.

So what I've been doing is downloading game on PC, moving it to Steam Deck via MicroSD card reader and then downloading the game on PC AGAIN.

Would be great if I can just copy a game, like how I can move it using the Storage tab in Steam Settings to have said game both on Deck and PC.

If this is the wrong place to post this, please redirect me

So long as you have your Steam account in both places that is all you need. Log into Steam and your ibrary will be there.
You could also keep your games to an SD card library or a USB 4 TB drive and create a new library in the Steam storage manager and point it to the USB drive Steam Library.
I named my library on the USB drive Steam Library then added it to my storage manager as new library.
Just remember to keep the drive connected when using steam.
Steam creates the library files and in the steamapps folder on the USB drive all your acf files appmanifest which Steam needs to see to show your games as installed.
Not sure ho it works with a Linux OS. But it should recognize the USB library.
Here's how my Steam storage looks with my USB drive all you need do is plug it into your Steam Deck then add the new library to the steam storage manager.

Everytime the drive is connected on PC or the Steam Deck wait a moment for the Steam Storage manager to see it and it will be restored.
Remember to replace USB drives every 4 to 5 years. Western Digital is very reliable.

I don't think I came out clearly.
My issue is not the moving of the games to different library dir, I can do that easily.
My issue is that whenever I move it, it's MOVED and I don't have said game on PC anymore.
So if I want to continue playing on PC from Deck or vice-versa, I need to download the game again.
That, or keep moving the files 4 times a day, which I don't want to do.
It would be great if we can just copy the game from one place to another, instead of downloading a 150gb game twice.
