Steam Game Recording severely impacts Sunshine/Moonlight streaming frame rates.

When streaming via Sunshine/Moonlight and also using Steam Game Recording, I get a big FPS hit and a large latency increase. This wasn't the case in the earlier betas, but since launch, it's had a huge impact - and since I almost exclusively play via streaming, that means I can't use the Steam Game Recording feature, which is a shame.
