Increase the max amount of users we can follow

Increasing the Steam maximum follow limit from 250 to 1,000 would greatly benefit the community by fostering stronger connections, supporting content creators, and enhancing user engagement. Like friend cap it should increase with the levels. Many players enjoy following developers, curators, workshop creators and fellow gamers to stay updated on game releases, sales, and recommendations. However, the current limit restricts users from fully exploring and engaging with a wider range of content. Raising the cap would allow users to discover more indie developers, workshop creators, follow niche curators, and engage with a broader gaming community, ultimately leading to a richer and more dynamic Steam experience for everyone.
