Sort Steam library games by owner?

I think I'm just blind here. But, under the old family sharing system, there was a clear way to sort games by whoever in the family share owns the game. Since we got the redesign, I can't find where that has gotten moved to. One would think that it'd be in the sorting options, but it's not. And entering a name under "friends" either returns a blank list or a list of games we both own.

So, uh... Help me out. Where is this setting I'm missing?

If you click on games link, there should be a "group by library" option. The other libraries will not show up if you only have downloaded games selected.
Edit - by downloaded games I meant the ready to play option.
