Wishlist now defaults to an ambiguous 7/8/2024 US dating on an english locale
Couldn't tell which one of the numbers was the month in the title? Me neither. If a day number is not larger than 12, it's completely impossible for a non-US english speaker to figure out which is the day and which is the month.

I am pretty certain this wasn't the case previously, and this is a terrible change, as english doesn't mean english (US), and for the rest of the world who prefer their dates ordered sensibly or at least unambiguously, this is a step back in usability.

There is plenty of space there to use the slightly expanded "8 Jul, 2024" dating system the rest of the store uses, there is no need to subjugate people to an inferior dating system.

Here's an image from google search that shows that just prior to the most recent update, the english locale was showing the release dates (though not date addeds) as an unambiguous 17 FEB, 2021

And here's how it looks now, an awful 8/8/2024

The world really needs to adopt the only rational standard:
YYYY/MM/DD

So July 4, 2025 would be:

2025/07/04 or 2025-07-04

Just like every other classifications system is should organize largest to smallest.
