Low brightness at the start of clips

Whenever I use the clipping feature, the very start of my video seems to be darker until the video stutters for a moment and then the colors are fixed. This only happens when I export the clip as a video file, or copy it to clipboard. When I view the same clip in the Recordings & Screenshots page, this does not happen.

You can see it in this clip as the camera moves upwards, right after Guile's hands become visible.

Also please bring back the ability to see the images on disk and have the background recording at the top of the screenshot manager so that I don't have to go through the 100 screenshots I took to find it later

I've experienced the same issue, as well as recordings occasionally not being cut exactly as they are in steam once exported.

Oh yeah, I've noticed that as well. It happens to me occasionally but I haven't been able to replicate it.
