I would prefer if valve does not go on some hiring spree just because they can afford it. Thats how company cultures get diluted to complete indistinctiveness and end up being run by 30yo MBAs who live life quarter by quarter. And while valve has its problems executing sometimes, theyre still completely unique in the industry in the best way as they are.
