Sound Crackling / Popping Steam Record

For some reason sometimes the sound just go garbage mode, Crackling / Popping real bad, any way to solve this? Also please add 2 tracks in the same file so we can have mic track and game sound track.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3500
Memory: 16 GB RAM
Current resolution: 1920x1080, 60 Hz
Operating system: Windows 10
Storage: SSD NVME M.2

Bump... Have the same issue.
Played Helldivers 2 last night, and had turned on to record microphone audio. When I played back the clip, the audio from my mic was all crackly and popping! Pretty annoying!!

I use a Pulse Elite as my PC headset. Will try with a different headset another day to see if it helps.
