MAJOR BUG - Cannot post screenshots to Discord, or open screenshots in Inkscape/Gimp.

Steam has removed the ability to open the screenshots folder on disk, and in doing so it has effectively stripped away the ability to easily post screenshots on Discord, or to open screenshots in Inkscape and Gimp.

There does appear to be a "download" feature. It doesn't work. Even if it did work, it would be functionally inferior to opening the screenshot folder on disk, and then dragging images onto the Discord chat window.

I also cannot open my screenshots in Inkscape or GIMP, because I don't even have access to the screenshots folder, nor does the download feature work (which I don't even want, because downloading is inferior to just going to the folder where everything is stored).
