[Steam Recording] Allow deletion of background recordings without changing to Record on Demand.

Currently you can change to "Record on Demand" to delete previous background recordings (took me a minute to find this), but you cannot delete them while in "Record in background". Allow deletion from both the settings window and from the "Recording & Screenshots" UI.

Bruh, no wonder I can't delete my forza horizon 5 recording. But I still can't delete the recording tho. That sucks. 🥲

Try clicking 'view' in the top left, then clicking 'recordings & screenshots' and then find the recording you want to delete. Right click on it and then click delete.

I had the same problem and I was able to fix it. Just go into desktop mode, then follow this path /home/deck/.local/share/Steam/userdata then look for gamerecordings folder and delete all files under “timelines” as well as the “video”.

The correct ones are in the “clips” folder so no need to delete them. Hope it helps.

It didn’t work for me. I deleted all the files in timeline and video, as well as one file in clips as it was suspiciously too big, but when I went back to the steam OS, that damn background recording was still there.
