Can't buy a game

So...the game went f2p, but there is still an option to buy the game. When I try to purchase the dlc it says I need the base game, however when I add the base game to the cart it says I already own the game...soo...what? Party animals is the game if you're wondering.

Party Animals is not free.

Only the "Friend's Pass" is free. This is not a license for the full game.

Proper steps for removing the Friend's Pass license to be able to purchase the full game...

1. Search for the game "Party Animals" here... https://help.steampowered.com/en/

2. Select the game. Takes you here...

3. Choose the option "I want to permanently remove this game from my account"

4. Confirm deletion by selecting "Ok, remove the listed games from my account permanently"

5. Go to the store and purchase the full game AND DLC.
