Can't let downloads run on background when playing Non-Steam Games.
I ended up bumping into this little issue when trying to run a Non-Steam game while having a download running.
If you open the game, on going downloads will be paused, and there's no kind of option for non-steam games to allow background downloads from happening.

An option to pick wether background downloads should be able to happen or not would be handy for non-steam games.
