Steam Family - Add Owner priority
If I own a game and another family member is playing that game even thought I own it I can't start playing it. While I like the new ability to not lock out other family members from using my library if I play a game. Getting locked out of a game I own is awful. Having owner priority like in the old system would fix this issue.

Real world example (Current Beta): I buy a game. My brother starts playing that game. I now can't play my game until he stops. Even though I own it and he is just borrowing it.

Real world example (With owner priority): I buy a game. My brother starts playing that game. If I start playing my game. He gets 5 minutes to save than his game turns off.

Family Sharing was basically what you want. But it’s a worse idea than what they went for now. You don’t realize it, until you’re the one who gets 5 minutes to leave the game, then you’ll appreciate the change.
Granted, they could add it as an option, that you can select for a game you always want to have priority.

I was on the side of getting 5 minutes and it would still be way better than it is now. The owner would have to want to play the same game not any game in their library. I didn't pay 60 dollars for the game somebody else did. I should be treated as a second class citizen in this scenario. If they want to play their game I shouldn't be able to say no. Because I didn't buy the game.

I'm totally in favor to this, the owner should have the priority, the 5 minutes to leave the game was perfect, it can be something to choose in the family config in the case some families don't prefer it that way.
