Dungeon Siege 3 purchase is funky

I wasn't able to add Dungeon Siege 3 to cart, but was able to wishlist it (I could visit it's store page but the purchase button was missing). I could add it's only DLC to cart properly. Once i had added DS3 to wishlist I could add it to cart. Once it's in the cart, all of the information about it is missing, the price and artwork and whether the purchase is for my own account etc, but I did have the remove from cart option.

I wonder if the game is banned in my country (New Zealand) or something like that old Risen game was, and maybe that's how this is displayed in the beta client.

I already own it but the game page displays a little weird - no purchase button for me either (am Australian). According to isthereanydeal website, Humble Bundle have it currently at 80% off (my price would be $4.53 AUD). Maybe go buy it there. Humble usually displays region locks so if it is truly banned in New Zealand you should be able to see that on Humble's site.

Dungeon Siege III may have been withdrawn from sale, not banned.

Most of the time that I find there is no purchase button - it is the dev's or publishers fault. Steam created an Australian store with Australian currency back in late 2018. Lots of games had no purchase price when the change in store came for me. I still have a couple of hundred games on my wishlist that have no price displayed.

Edit: the game forum is full of people mentioning they cannot buy the base game, whilst others still could. One suggestion was to go to one of the game's dlc store page ( https://store.steampowered.com/app/39270/Dungeon_Siege_III_Treasures_of_the_Sun/ ) which has a bundle including the base game. Is currently on sale. Could try buying that.
