i bought starting animation and i dont know how to turn it on

For the desktop PC client, the start up movies are for Big Picture Mode.

Open Big Picture Mode by clicking the icon next to the minimize window icon in the top right.

Click on Steam/Menu in the bottom left corner.

Select Settings.

Select Customization and change it.
