Shopping Cart and Private Games Feedback / Bugs

Starting today, users who have opted into the Steam Client Beta will see a new version of the shopping cart when checking out on the Steam Store. These users will also be able to mark games in their library as private. You can read more about this update here.

We'd love to hear your feedback on these features and learn about any issues you may have encountered while using them. If you are reporting a bug, please remember to let us know where you were (web browser / mobile / Steam Client) in addition to what happened.

Can't check out via PayPal (on Steam Android App) - Combo of wallet credits + PayPal. PayPal doesn't log in, keeps asking user name/Mobile phone number... .

Nach Eingabe der E-Mail Adresse geht es nicht weiter. Es soll dann wieder die Adresse eingegeben werden

Mobile: When a purchase by Przelewy24 is completed, money from my bank account is gone, the shopping cart says that there was an error with completing the transaction and i should try again in a few minutes. When i looked in my library, the games i bought are there. Same thing happened to me a few months ago on a pc client

On mobile Android App, can't proceed with the payment via PayPal, keep me stuck in a loop in the "enter e-mail" section

PayPal does not work and when I want to pay the entire app stops working and shuts down. When I open it to continue, not possible because it refreshed completely.. too bad

Moin. Ist nen ganz tolles Beta Update und ich bin immer froh über neue Funktionen, aber nun kann ich einfach gar nichts mehr auf steam kaufen. Es sagt mir ständig, dass ich es in einer Minute probieren soll, was aber nicht funktioniert.

Logging into PayPal always just sends me back into the field for entering my email.
I have my PayPal saved on Steam and bought many games.
This is a recent mobile issue and I am concerned as it is spring sale and my purchase won't go through.

I can't log in to PayPal. When I press login, the login screen just reloads. I'm using Android on a Pixel 6
