Shopping Cart and Private Games Feedback / Bugs

Starting today, users who have opted into the Steam Client Beta will see a new version of the shopping cart when checking out on the Steam Store. These users will also be able to mark games in their library as private. You can read more about this update here.

We'd love to hear your feedback on these features and learn about any issues you may have encountered while using them. If you are reporting a bug, please remember to let us know where you were (web browser / mobile / Steam Client) in addition to what happened.

Bug: On HITMAN 3, when viewing a package or bundle and then going back, the cart shows "Cart (2)" even though it's empty.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to the HITMAN 3 store page and verify that the cart is empty
2. Click on any "Package Info" or "Bundle Info" button
3. Click Back once to go back to the main HITMAN 3 page
4. It now says "Cart (2)"
5. Click on "Cart (2)" and see that the cart is actually empty

It's just cosmetic. When it says "Cart (2)" and you go to any other page (e.g. main store page), the cart is fixed and shows as empty again. This doesn't happen on any other game that I can find.

Feedback: Would it be possible to have a menu with "recently removed items"? Simply for convenience sake in order not to have many browsers open.

Buying the 1 500 000 GTA$ shark card- it appears to be functioning fine but the item does not appear inside of shopping cart, only the "remove" button.

added a game to my shopping cart (helldivers 2) then added a microtransaction for The Finals to the cart and it only showed helldivers when i went to checkout and the total cost for only the game. when i went to re-add the microtransaction for multibux from The Finals it said add "another" so i did and then i showed 2 in a mini cart on that page, but when i went to checkout it only showed the game again.. so i deleted the game and it now would not let me check out.. but when i looked at the microtransaction again it showed 2 in cart.. which i can now not delete.. and also not checkout with.

I don't know if this is specific to this bundle (EuroTruck Sim 2 Haulin' Hearts Bundle), or if this has been reported already, but it didn't allow me to purchase it through the app, it says there is an overlap in my cart (didn't tell me what was overlapping), yet the only item in the cart was this bundle. I tried emptying cart and adding again but that didn't work. In the end I resorted to purchased it through the web-browser, which worked.

Siempre trato de dar opiniones constructivas así que atento. Deberían agregar algo temático cuando un usuario realice una compra, justamente en ese momento de adquirir el o los productos, por ejemplo que el principal protagonista aparezca como una notificación con el mensaje de(juegos de acción): qué estas esperando, es muy pronto para rendirse, etc loko. Otro ejemplo seria que motives a los jugadores respectivamente del rol que pertenece.

Acabo de comprar un juego y realmente es muy triste como un velorio, marcas el cuadro de aceptar los puntos luego le das a comprar y parece que te quita las ganas de jugar :V, algo más temático porfavor más alegre prros

Bug report: The beta design's cart appears to have no indication when an item is out of stock. I could not find existing mention of that in this thread, so am adding it here.

For instance, for "Valve Index Headset" (which is out of stock for the headset alone) it claims "Estimated Delivery: 3-5 Business Days" and doesn't say that it's unavailable. "Continue to payment" is not grayed out, but clicking on it causes it to reload the cart page.

I inspected the same cart under the non-beta implementation, and non-beta had a footnote saying that the item was out of stock. So the beta implementation has a regression relative to the non-beta implementation.

Please God fix the bug where you can't remove items from cart. I was trying to buy one game I already own as a gift, and 2 DLC for my account. The client got glitched out despite me setting the options properly, and now I can't remove any of the items from my cart. I get an infinite loading wheel, or nothing happens when I hit the "remove all items" option.

I'm trying to come up with a collection of VR games from Croteam, but due to the same items being sold in this bundle, I can't.
