Shopping Cart and Private Games Feedback / Bugs

Starting today, users who have opted into the Steam Client Beta will see a new version of the shopping cart when checking out on the Steam Store. These users will also be able to mark games in their library as private. You can read more about this update here.

We'd love to hear your feedback on these features and learn about any issues you may have encountered while using them. If you are reporting a bug, please remember to let us know where you were (web browser / mobile / Steam Client) in addition to what happened.

I have an Android and it is giving me the same issues in my Chrome browser and Steam app. This also happened when I was trying to buy an OLED Refurb at the beginning of Feb.... Support wasn't able to help when I emailed them about it, as all of the refurbs had sold out by then.

I have experienced this same issue all day. OLED refurbs have been available multiple times today when I have checked for one and I can't get to the checkout / payment page while it's in my cart. Tried on Steam app and Chrome browser on both an Android phone and Mac OS.

There was a 1TB OLED available again a few minutes ago and I could not purchase it due to this issue.

When I click continue to payment from the cart, it drops me back to the store page.

Here are a few things about the error.
It happens on windows, Mac, safari, fire fox, in the steam app on both windows and Mac, on the iPhone app.

Something about the error. I am trying to buy a VR game that is on sale for $1.96. that is when I get kicked back to the store main page. If I add any other more expensive game to the cart I get further with an error that reports that an error occurred and to try again. I go back and I try again and everything is back to normal.

So for some reason the cart is erroring on small amounts.

Can't buy the game, there's no fix. The game is on sale, but can't buy it again until it goes back to the original price.

On iOS mobile, I can’t check out. I can add a game to my cart, but when I click checkout, it says it can’t process my request. Before this change this was flawless.

I'm sick of adding sale items to my cart, then coming back a day later and they have increased WHILST the original sale is still live. I can understand missing out on a sale after it ends OR if a promotional rate duration is made perfectly clear - but neither of these factor into my experiences. When we add items to our carts, can you not honour them for the duration of the sale once they have been added? Or at the very least - WARN US that the price is about to increase.
