Shopping Cart and Private Games Feedback / Bugs
Starting today, users who have opted into the Steam Client Beta will see a new version of the shopping cart when checking out on the Steam Store. These users will also be able to mark games in their library as private. You can read more about this update here.

We'd love to hear your feedback on these features and learn about any issues you may have encountered while using them. If you are reporting a bug, please remember to let us know where you were (web browser / mobile / Steam Client) in addition to what happened.

Hello

My problem is that when I went to make a purchase through the cart on (mobile), without realizing it, at the end of the transaction my account was empty, and I received an email stating that I had to wait for the pagseguro payment method to be processed and Since there was no money in the account, I instantly received another email from pagseguro, which confirmed that the transaction failed, but when I retry the purchase through the cart, it tells me that there is a transaction in process and I cannot follow the transaction, since Several days have passed and it has not been solved, nor have I received an email to try again with a discount that I had when I went to buy it, if you can solve it and help me solve this problem, I want my dlc that I was going to buy, thank you.

Its kind of bugged,i ve been charge for the bundle i ve paid,they took my money,and the games are not in my library,and the purchase is still pending

Unable to complete purchases on the phone app using PayPal, had to use desktop client instead.

I am unable to manage my pending gifts, whether it be adjusting delivery dates or cancelling them. This is the case on two separate computers, and redownloading the Steam files does not make a difference.

Can't buy games with PayPal on here keeps giving error when I go to purchase can't you bring the old way back this Beta sucks donkey nuts.

The product is not added to the cart. I click on "add to cart" but there is no game in the basket, the game does not appear in the eorzine immediately and it is unrealistically annoying

There's been an issue I've had for awhile with the PayPal payment option on mobile. The PP login gets stuck loading after logging in and/or it goes right back to the login screen. A loop. Haven't been able to use my Android to purchase and always have to do it through the computer.

I think there’s something wrong with the buy system, because I bought rounds yesterday but I didn’t get it. It just said that they couldn’t read my info and that I just needed to wait a little bit. But I still don’t have it.

I yesterday night, I bought a game called content warning. It took my money but the game is not in my library.

Habe zweimal probiert ein Spiel inaktion zu kaufen über paysafe Card beide Male wurde der Betrag berechnet aber kein Spiel bekommen bin etwas enttäuscht bis jetzt wurde das Problem nicht behoben

As with many others, I have had an issue when it comes to trying to reschedule a gifted game. Clicking on the 'reschedule' button took me to a mostly blank screen, with the only image on it being of the game I wanted to reschedule and no options to click anything that wasn't a menu tab.
