And no, there is no way to optimize this mess. The only way is to rewrite everything from scratch with a better direction. Something that i really doubt will happen.
In the new one basically EVERY feature is downgraded, borked or less usable. Not mentioning the huge amount of resource used and (worst of all) how the client can cause problems with its main purpose : launch games.
A gigantic, epic fail of gargantuesque proportions.
