[Feature/Bug | Multi-monitor setup] Game on primary monitor minimizes when steam notification pops up and i'm doing stuff on my second monitor

I don't know if this is intended behaviour so i put this thread in beta feedback.
I'm using "DisplayFusionPro" with the show always on top button on all windows.
If i press it it gets a blue background and the window stays on top.

Now when i have a game open on my primary monitor and a steam notification pops up while i'm doing something on my secondary monitor (i do this often in loading screens), then the game minimizes.
And if i look on the steam notification the stay always on top button from "DisplayFusionPro" has an blue background.

Sometimes this is very annoying. If this is a intended feature, please add a toggle function to swtich it off.

If it's a bug then i wish you best of luck finding it and i'm very patiently, beacuse i'm a developer myself.
