Only one Set of Browser Tabs/notes save, across all Steam Overlays

Saving Browser Tabs and Notes.

---Your using the browser in the steam overlay and your watching a 1h video, or maybe you have progress in a lot of tabs, or casually writing a block of text in notes to share in the steam community. Then you decided to switch games. And… oh no its all gone. Welp I gotta go back and reopen my tabs a copy my notes to my brand new overlay. Pls no

Customize ability Is what will power Steam overlay!

---Ability/Setting to save Steam Overlay (Tabs) and (Notes) across all game overlays. Why because the content in tabs and also notes/music don't have to be game specific, like at all. I have over 100 games... that's a lot of overlay notes and tabs that I wont care about because I will have to customize it every time I open a new game.
--the solution would be to have a setting that would allow you to save your Tabs and Notes across all the different game overlays!!

--Adding notes and a browser pinned to a game overlay for gamers is amazing! and has a lot of potential, But sadly a lot of that potential its lost when you don’t enable people to Customize it to things that are not game specific! Please save me from re customizing it every time I open a new game.
