Add option to stop guide button from opening Big Picture Mode

ISSUE
Please for the love of god add option to stop guide button from opening Big Picture Mode. As you know on wireless Xbox controller you need to hold button to turn it off and often it keeps opening Big Picture Mode. As of now there is no way to disable that action. If you keep Windows setting that makes Guide button open Xbox overlay then you get warning notification on Steam EVERY TIME to change that setting. This is annoying too.
In previous version of Steam people used workaround like making Guide button non binded but its now how it should be. We need simple option to do that.

OS
Windows 11

STEPS
Open Steam
Turn on Xbox controller
Try to turn it off and while holding guide button accidentally tap it..

EXPECTED
Option to disable Guide button from opening Big Picture Mode in controller settings tab.

Just a tip on how I do it.
Either I close Steam or turn off Bluetooth, the controller immediately turns off after that.

Also, if you have a lot of controllers, I think disabling the desired controller in the Bluettoth panel will also help.

Im using USB reciever from Xbox not bluetooth. Its much more reliable for me and lower latency aswell

And with that reciever it doesnt work like you are describing or there is a way i dont know, maybe with Xbox accessories app but id still rather have Steam implement that simple option to disable opening Big Picture Mode or even option to disable Big Picture Mode alltogether because i dont need it at all

Yes, please disable the notification. I want the guide button to open the xbox game bar, not the steam overlay. I don't need to be informed of my setting every time, I will not be changing it.

They havent added setting i requested but for some reason this notification stopped appearing for me.

I ended-up here looking for a solution and didn't find an easy one, so I have made a Powershell script to remove all references to the Guide button assignment.

It backs-up your current Steam config before opening it and deleting all 'guide:xx' refences, and then saves it (overwrites current config), thus solving the guide button problem once and for all.

It seems that they fixed "guide button focuses steam" in steam options.
I had it OFF for long time it wasnt working. But today i turned it ON and OFF again/restart steam and now steam is not focusing any more

Strange how that works like that. As someone using Steam Input on all my controllers it never does that. Somehow I think this is probably just happening using them native. Though using steam input I shut down stuff hella fast now anyway since guide+Y is instant-off
