PIP for video content via Overlay
Wondering what the possibility of video pip would be with a similar pinning feature as notes

you can watch a youtube movie from overlay pinned to your game window, valve even mentioned it in the patch notes

Opacity level is adjustable, and only the contents of the window will be pinned - excluding the title bar and other extraneous UI.
