Feature request: Picture-in-Picture in Overlay browser

It is possible, i've only tried through youtube so far.

you gotta open up the browser within steam overlay and pin it with the button at the top right
then when you close steam overlay the browser should stay open over your game

That's not what I meant.
In Chrome/Firefox/opera, right clicking on the YouTube Video for a 2nd time (or any other video) would give you an option to show it in a box that you can move anywhere. That is the feature I want, otherwise we are losing 50% more space showing the white borders of the website.

at least on youtube
