Good call out. I totally missed this as I never clicked "view all" since it was just a bunch of wishlist notifications. I figured notifications would be configured from the existing notification settings menu, not a separate page. Maybe the devs have already considered this then.

That being said, they should get marked as read when I simply open the notifications pane, without having to click anything.
The problem with this is that you will still see "new" notifications every time Steam starts or decides to push a notification update if you have many games on your wishlist and games are constantly going on and off various sales.
I feel that having the green bell next to your username for wishilist notifications is already sufficient.
