[FIXED] Can no longer jump to games in library by typing

Steam had a feature I really like, worked just like the Windows file explorer. When I had my library open, if I typed "w," then Steam would immediately scroll down, and select the first game that started with W in my open library categories. It's more snappy than using the search bar. It just feels right. But with today's new beta update, this ability is missing. Was this disabled accidentally? I'd really like to have this feature reinstated.

Having the same issue. Library navigation is really a pain without it for those of us with lots of games.

Yeah it's dumb, it takes way longer to get to your games now when you have to type their name into the search bar. I really hope this was just a mistake and it comes back but I'd highly assume so.

By the way it has nothing to do with the beta, I disabled beta access and have the same issue

There is no keyboard on the deck, so there is no need anymore to such a feature.
