Bug Report: In-Game Steam Overlay Often Opens Behind Application

Also occurs on standard desktops running Windows 10, but less commonly.

A minor issue, but a very common one is that many times when pressing the Steam button on the Steam Deck, the steam overlay opens up, but behind the application being launched. This applies to both standard Steam titles and non-Steam games. In some cases, I can simply navigate back to steam by using touch gestures, but others I have to close the overlay and hope it appears the next time I press the Steam button.

Inputs are going to the overlay, as I can hear the UI sounds from navigating it.

To avoid doubleposting, in a somewhat similar vein, many times when launching games, the Steam window becomes the focused window, meaning you have to use touch gestures to change windows to the game that was just launched. Originally I thought this was a Non-Steam game issue, but its also happened many times when launching steam games and when using Remote Play to stream a game from another PC. Again, very minor, but common. I'm currently running the Beta client, and just updated to the June 6th release.

Edit: Also another thing of note: the Steam Client update notes can't be expanded from the Big Picture view either, which means you can't read the update notes before applying an update. Not sure if this is a common issue or just something on my end as well.
