24 hour clock in steam overlay, is missing Seconds

It used to be 12:00:59
helped keep track of the time ingame if need be

now it's just 12:00

second tracking is important if you gotta do something every 1 minute

Just noticed it was missing too when I Shift Tabbed to keep track of something. Please add the seconds back devs!
