shopping cart is missing
I added a game to my shopping cart and clicked "continue shopping" but when I was done I looked everywhere and couldn't find where the shopping cart was to check out.

no, it is just in the regular large mode UI. Maybe I should try big picture or small mode

Same here, but I use Steam on desktop Chrome. Adding game to cart but no cart button shown at all. Steam Client worked fine though, but I prefer to use browser as it has augmented steam and steamdb extension.
