(...and shouldn't the advanced command line options be unique to each launch option?)
Under the Play option would be perfect, a Launch Options category that leads to all available launch options in a sub-menu (same as with "Manage" and the other categories). It's great for games with external launchers, not having to switch back and forth between the launch options.
Unique launch commands for each launch option is also a good idea.
in library right click (game) is the same 'properties' it have been for years
