Already tested several USB Ports and i never use Bluetooth

No Drivers needed. It worked fine over Steam until that error occured.
Contact sony (or whatever company PS runs on) and ask about it/
What amount of slack do you have on your PSU's listed output vs max consumed?
Could be, esp. if it's lower quality or really old, that it's been degrading and can no longer keep up if it barely supplied enough juice to begin with.
My Psu has 750 watt and is pretty new.

Could be all the USB devices use too much power for the PC.
