Can't login (infinite loading screen)

Hey! I'm trying to login to steam beta client via qr code / steam guard code but both methods doesn't work for me - i see infinite loading screen with moving circle but that's all. Have clean Win11 installed and latest steam beta client / mobile app.

However on my second pc with Win10 steam beta client works fine.

Could you please give me the pc specs?
Also, try deleting the ''beta'' folder in steam to go back to normal steam, could be it could not run on the OS.

Yup, i've deleted beta file already and using standart steam client atm. Probably something wrong with my windows 11, just cant figure out what.

W11 is complete mess - so it's normal behavior latest Win 11 update broke more functions than fixed... as usual
