steam profile pictures not loading

most of profile pictures dont load and instead i see thisedit: now its solved, idk what happened maybe update[imgur.com]

Hi! People have tried the following to solve it:

1- Convert from jpg to png and reupload.

2- Upload from your mobile app instead.

3- Upload from steamcommunity.com instead of using the Windows app.

Number 3 seems to work for me so far.

I've also submitted a ticket about this to Steam Support.

Anyone that has not changed their avatar since the issue began, change it again now and it should show up correctly.
You don't need to do it in any particular place.

but i see it as unloaded png so it must be some bug on my pc i will try reinstalling steam later

I had this issue on the normal client but switching to Beta appears to have fixed it.

This may be odd that I reply to this now, but I have the almost same problem, except its other peoples profile pictures looking like this, specifically when I click a mod in the steam workshop for any game and the authors profile pic looks like this

2024 not working too, can't upload steam group avatar, it does not save it.

I'm having trouble with the Avatars they provide. There are 6 of the ones I can choose from in the Your Avatars section under the More Game Avatars that just come up the 404. The ones for Ancient Tower, Castle Legend：Devil Awakening, and Triteckka: The pure shooter to be specific. I'm not sure why they aren't loading out of all the other ones.
