Over the years we've had many topics like yours and this, https://steamcommunity.com/groups/SteamClientBeta/discussions/3/3123786356703008701/
In which we ask for options to globally disable that crap API, which Valve ignores.
I've tried that and make sure no profile is working.
and I saw that many discussions mention that create a new system account and make the steam xbox advanced drivers installed properly. I also tried this way many times, at last I even uninstalled my original steam app and totally follow the solution again but still not working.
I'm wondering if there is a way to see the drivers installed correctly or not, here is my driver path's and my steam controller settings screenshots. https://imgur.com/a/PD1f91W
