elite controller 2 's paddles can't work when using steam’s drivers

when using steam beta version(and same as the stable version), make sure the 'xbox configuration support' and 'xbox extended feature support' function in the controller settings are on.
after these, we set paddles function in game in 'controller configure', and it just not work, the paddles are not working.
some people say that you must make sure that the elite controller 2 is on no setting mode of the xbox original driver (that means the three little lights on the controller are all off). But we all made sure of this and the paddles still not working. Even after restart the game or the computer.

There are several friends of mine having same issue, but can't find any solutions......I don't know their configuration, but myself is running on windows11, I'm guessing maybe there are some adaption issue with win11? cause I can see the C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Steam\drivers\ path and there is only winows10 and no windows11.

Don't use the crap Steamworks Input API, it messes with Xinput Controllers, not only affects game performance by a great deal, but adds input lag and breaks functionality.

On the Elite Controller v2 can you hold the "switch profile button" for 2 sec to go to the default profile? When you're in profile 1 or 2 the device doesn't send the button bits over USB for the paddles.

I've tried that and make sure no profile is working.
and I saw that many discussions mention that create a new system account and make the steam xbox advanced drivers installed properly. I also tried this way many times, at last I even uninstalled my original steam app and totally follow the solution again but still not working.
I'm wondering if there is a way to see the drivers installed correctly or not, here is my driver path's and my steam controller settings screenshots. https://imgur.com/a/PD1f91W

It is implemented for older versions of the FW. The current version of the FW that Microsoft upgrades you too has removed the bits that Steam reads. We are working with Microsoft to restore that behavior in the future. You can find info about downgrading to a version that works here:
