Impulse trigger for Xbox one controller
Hello , tell me plz .
I have the controller Xbox one, I use that on windows 10.
I know have some games where native support and impulse trigger working by default . https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/List_of_games_that_support_Xbox_One_impulse_triggers
But have games with status require manual fix
I use for manual fix that library
https://github.com/araghon007/X1nput/releases
But that method is needed for manual copy dll files.
New steam beta update can play game with status require manual fix with worked impulse triggers setup on config steam controller for Xbox one controller ?
I asked that because yesterday with manual dll game Rdr2 worked with Xbox one controller impulse trigger
After that I install beta, install drivers and in the game rdr2 not working impulse trigger!

The manual fix simply changes the vibrations to go to the triggers, it doesnt add new vibrations for the triggers in games that would "have" them. The new steam drivers add actual support for the impluse triggers, so PC devs can now utilize them in a non UWP app (like, windows store/xbox apps).

You'll just have to wait and see if Rockstar adds impulse trigger support. Currently, I don't think any game uses this newly added support just yet, but hopefully we'll have more games support it soon!

If you just want the impulse vibration, use the manual method for now.

rumble on trigger works with GRID 2019. the force feedback is also very great in this game.

If you checked in the comments , Valve confirmed that they will add Trigger Rumble support to Steam Input API in a later SDK update.

hopefully, developers who plan to use SIAPI will be able to take advantage of Impulse Triggers without using Windows.Gaming.Input.

I see the comment, thanks for clearing it up. This is what I thought Valve had already done.
