I found how to View Game info.
Suppose a friend of yours is playing CS:GO and you want to do the view game info thing. You can do it only if you have CS:GO in your library.[or add an .asf/.manifest to fake it] Now go to CS:GO in your library. It will say X no. of friends currently playing this game. Under this, right click on your friend, and click on "View game info" . Bob's your uncle.

Guys , you need not own that game. just go to some mutually owned game and right click his profile icon there[ under X no. who owns this game] and then view game info

Open main Steam window > “View” > “Servers” > “Friends” tab > right click on server
