User status stuck on "invisible"

I clicked my user status to invisible from online and after a period of hours, including a system monitor shutoff, I cannot change back to "online" or anything else. The area is unclickable even if I close the chat window and re-open it. I am about to reboot and it will probably be fine.

This happened to me, I was forever 'Invisible' clicking 'Online' didn't do anything and was seemingly non-functional. Clicking the "Away" button first and then "Online" did work however

Same here, I even tried to fully reinstall steam and nothing...

I Managed to fix it, all I did was click the steam tab at the top then click 'Go Offline...', restarted steam in offline mode and then went and clicked 'Go Online..' in the steam tab.

Let me appear as online.
