GTA Vice City Non-Official Library Background

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City have a non-official art on background in new library. It's horrible.

There's nothing Valve can really do about this. You would have to contact Rockstar to have it changed.

Ginger Jesus, it's too strange. Rockstar will never add a custom art for their game in place like Steam.

Then who added the library capsule and library logo for Vice City? Valve certainly couldn't have added those since they don't have the rights to them.

Then who added the library capsule and library logo for Vice City? Valve certainly couldn't have added those since they don't have the rights to them.

Maybe it's already was in Steam? I mean in old library style game might used those covers. I mean what if Steam Cloud stores a pack of images for any game 'just for case'? And this beta update is this case. Sorry for English, hope you understand me.

The logo is put on top of the hero image. Vice City just makes it look like they're both one image.
