"Do not disturb" setting is not visible to other users
When I enable "Do not disturb", the minus icon appears next to my name, but after looking on another computer, the minus sign doesn't appear for others.

OS is Windows 10.

It's not a status to tell other users to not disturb you. It prevents chats and notifications from being shown to you.
