Switch Pro Controller not properly mapped in FF15

Hardware : Nintendo Switch Pro Controller
Game : Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition

Controller connection: USB port wired

Problem:
No button is assigned to game main menu.
In FF15 PC, if you are using a PS4 controller, you can press the touch pad to popup the main menu of the game, in which you can see and manage your maps, quests, inventory etc.
But if you are using a Switch Pro controller in FF15 PC, no button is mapped to this function. This essentially makes the game unplayable.
