Changing the games page's background image

Not possible yet. Hoping they add that functionality.

Actually, you CAN manually update/edit existing steam game background images. Look under Steam\appcache\librarycache. You will find all of the existing backgrounds. You can replace the ones you don't like (or if they are missing). You CAN'T do this for non-steam games though.
