I agree completely removing them would be a bad idea and would force you to recreate the collection if you make a mistake or change your mind about the game. They could completely hide it from normal view and when you click on the, 'Edit Dynamic Collections Filter' in the top right it'll show the list of games you removed from the collection.
They should only appear when we press the Collection settings button.
Partially right...
You can see that thing your were naming PLUS you can see a list of games / software that had been removed by expanding the collections filters and you can now cross-out those removed / unfiltered games
Ditto, but definitely looks a lot better already.
Kinda useless since that feature requires the collection to be self-managing. That is a feature is only give for dynamic collections so normal collections won't be changed anyways and for manually added games in dynamic collection... well normally people have a reason to add a game to that collection so lets say you have a dynamic collection collecting all games with achievements only and you add one single game manually without achievements. Each time you restart steam your manually added game will be removed and you have to re-add it even though you might have a reason to actually keep the game inside that particular collection even if it does not meet the selected tags...
Soooo... long story short: that feature won't happen and if it did it would be either useless or anoying
EDIT:
I hope I got your idea right...
exactly this. :)
also, i have games that I manually added to dynamic collections since launch of the new beta, they never have been removed from there up to today...
