It could be your memory maybe? ´cause mine are on 40% there
Had the same issue with GOG Galaxy, video card driver update fixed that for me.
Anyway, that sucks as it is.
It's a long shot, but have you tried using low performance mode?
Alternatively try to disable GPU acceleration on the "Interface" tab of the settings window.
If I were you, I would have tried to open a ticket for the support service.
Sadly, there's no guarantee anyone will actualy do something about it :(
Steam > Settings
And look for Library on the Left, theres a Low Bandwidth and Low Performance Mode. Not insinuating your Computer is Low Performance, but that may be an option for you to check out.
