Sort by Steam Review rating
The current Sort by Metacritic rating does not work very well, because there are a lot of games without metacritic rating. For instance, in my library near 70% are missing that info.
On the contrary, almost every steam game ends up having a user review rating, so we could very well use that either for sorting or for dynamic collection creation, in two different use cases.
Ie: "overwhelmingly positive games", also "Sort by user rating", and even "Games YOU have rated positive"
Thank you

It's very curious why they think "Metacritic" should even be relevant in the first place, especially since they have a perfectly fine working User review system.

When I go to Amazon and search for lamps, the lamps are ordered after user review ratings and Top Seller/Amazon's Choice, not based on some third-party review ratings on some unrelated websites. In fact those aren't even displayed, since they aren't relevant for most customers.

Steam should have more confidence in their store front and user base and shouldn't try to intervene as much as they already do based on whether they believe a user review was made for a reason they believe to be "valid" or not.

That would be really nice. A sort by year of release would also be nice.

There is an option for that under shelves and collections tab

Besides Metacritic they should offer to sort (or filter) by Steam Ratings (please with Wilson's score as an alternative) and recommendations by friends.

That is a really good analogy. I've being categorizing my games with the steam rating since forever using Depressurizer to create old categories, and I guess this is a fantastic opportunity for valve to use that info widely. cheers

I would really enjoy that and also purchase date, like using the month and year to have your games organized. cool features to have
