Negative steam balance??

so i live in 3 countries and travel alot in between them (US, Pakistan and saudi arabia), and so i usually have to use diff country cards which changes my store region, i recently came back to pakistan for a shortwhile and i bought disco elysium.

after the purchase i noticed how i had negative 12 usd in my wallet and i was just like what the ♥♥♥♥? does anyone know what this is about?
