You can purchase an additional showcase from the points shop, yes.

Not sure if I need to buy a new one, I've got 3 empty ones.
Checked the thread above, but that bug doesn't occur to me. Trouble is when select the Year in Review showcase, I have to select either 2022 or 2023. If I select any year I cannot add another Year in Review showcase to my profile, which theoretically should be a bug, unless Valve intended for users to have just one such a showcase.
Edit: formatting
To use that specific "additional showcase" you must purchase it. This is how "additional showcases" work. If you do not purchase it, you can only display 1 Year in Review at a time.
Ahaaa, ok I get it now. You need to buy and additional SPECIFIC showcase (in my case Year in review). I thought you could add another Year in review as long as you had unused showcases. Cheers, thanks a lot.
