Hello Valve!
I found a bug in the game, you can still buy Caster Rapier and Aetherial Hammer! To do this you just need to give yourself these items through the command in the hero test, and add them to your secured items, then go into the game and add the items to quick buy, then save up 5600 and you can buy the Caster Rapier. I checked this in Turbo, I can't attach a screenshot.
